PaperProfile is a private digital marriage profile platform. You can create, manage, and share your matrimonial profile through a secure, private link. We are a profile-sharing platform — we do not verify users or guarantee matchmaking outcomes.

3. User Eligibility

You must:

• Be of legal marriageable age as per applicable laws
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Use the service for lawful matrimonial purposes only

• Only people you share your link with can view your profile
• You control who receives your link and can disable sharing at any time
• Anyone with your link can view the profile — share it carefully
• You are responsible for how and with whom you share your profile link

📌 5. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use PaperProfile to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Share private profile links publicly on social media or any public platform
• Scrape, copy, or extract data from the platform
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the service
• Use the platform for commercial purposes without authorisation
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Content Ownership

You own all content you upload — photos, horoscopes, and personal information. We only use your content to provide the service: display and share your profile as you instruct.

All platform design, templates, and software remain the intellectual property of PaperProfile.

7. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through settings or by contacting us.

We may suspend or remove profiles that violate these Terms, community standards, or misuse the platform — including fraudulent information or harmful behaviour.

PaperProfile services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, matchmaking outcomes, or the accuracy of user-provided information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PaperProfile shall not be liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use our services, interactions between users, or loss of data due to technical issues.

10. Payments and Pricing

Some features, such as permanent profile links, require a one-time payment of ₹149.

• Prices are clearly shown before you pay — no hidden charges
• Payments are one-time unless explicitly stated otherwise
• All payments are processed securely via Razorpay — we never store your card details
• Pricing may change over time; changes do not affect purchases already completed

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
